Vixen Surface Treatments are a market leader in the manufacture of quality wetblast and dry blast cleaning cabinets and degreasing equipment. All of the machines are designed and built in our factory to the highest standard and to specific requirements of clients.

Supplying machines is only the beginning for Vixen, with a fleet of service engineers dedicated to our customers offering quarterly and monthly service contracts on all our machines as well as breakdown cover with quick response in the UK. Wet Blasting Machines
The Aquablast wetblast range of machines are the ultimate blasting machines. Wetblasting is an alternative to dry blasting and is a dust free process, providing a superior finish. Vixen's machines are fully stainless steel and are available in 3 standard sizes or can be custom built to a customer's specific requirement.
Washing and Degreasing Equipment
Vixen manufacture a wide range of automatic washing and degreasing machines ranging from top loading and front loading batch type machines through to continuous inline archimedes screw and conveyor type machines.
The machines are used in conjunction with hot water and environmentally friendly detergents and are therefore the ideal alternative to solvents and chemicals.
Dry Blast Cleaning Machines
Vixen manufacture a full range of dry blast cabinets, from our economical Fox range which is accessible to all sectors of industry due to its affordability, through to our Jetair range of industrial pressure blast cabinets which are available in standard and custom built form to give efficient results across a wide range of blast cleaning and blast treatment applications.
Phosphating Machines
Vixen have developed a comprehensive range of aqueous pre-treatment phosphating plants to provide alternatives to the use of Trichlorethylene and other solvents which are becoming more and more restricted in their use for degreasing/pre-treatment. We manufacture phosphating machines to suit all budgets and floorspaces, including the slimline Phoswash machine which has a hot air blower to assist with drying.
