Eurowash - Degreasing Equipment

The Eurowash machine has been designed to degrease/wash components automatically, using a hot water based detergent.  The main design element of the Eurowash has been to manufacture the unit in the most compact form while retaining easy access to the machine for the operator and also for any servicing requirement.

The Eurowash is loaded via a roller door that rolls inside of the wash chamber on roller bearings and stainless steel runner.

The components to be cleaned are placed on a stainless mesh floor grid and the wash boom rotates while the parts remain static removing any possibility of the parts failing or damaging.

With the door retracted components can be loaded easily onto the table for washing.  Additional small component baskets are available.

The Eurowash is designed for cellular washing where the machine is used constantly in production environments.  Opening and closing the door is very easy and most importantly the load height does not require excessive bending causing possible back strain.

WHAT APPLICATIONS IS THE EUROWASH BEST SUITED TO?

The Eurowash is designed for cellular washing where the machine is used constantly in production environments. The door is opened and closed very easily and the load height does not require excessive bending causing possible back strain.

DOES THE MACHINE HAVE A ROTATING BASKET?

Components to be cleaned are placed on a stainless mesh floor grid and the wash boom rotates while the parts remain static removing any possibility of parts falling or damaging.

DOES THE EUROWASH MACHINE DRY THE PARTS?

The machine is not fitted with a drying facility but due to the temperature of the water, components will flash dry at the end of the wash cycle.

WHAT DETERGENTS CAN I USE WITHIN THE MACHINE FOR MY APPLICATION?

Vixen have a fully trained aftersales department who can advise on the most suitable detergent for your application. We supply a wide range of aqueous based detergents and also all the spare parts which you may require for the machine during its lifetime.

WHERE CAN I GET SPARE PARTS FOR THE MACHINE?

Vixen can supply all the spare parts for their machines direct to the customer. Once you have purchased a machine from Vixen you will be assigned an internal aftersales contact who is available to give you advice on spares and consumables.

We also offer service contracts on all our machines ranging from twice yearly to monthly visits.
