The FOX 25 blast cabinets are very advanced in their design and have a number of excellent design features including integral dust extraction and foot pedal control. Fox cabinets have excellent visibility using fluorescent lighting and a large viewing window protected from abrasion by internal replaceable acetate sheets. In addition easy component handling can be achieved using turntable options and like the Jetair range the Fox 25 can easily be converted to pressure blast using a minipot, see Jetair information.

Les machine FOX 25 sont dotées d'un design très intéressant et sont équipées d'accessoires importants, tels qu'une extraction de poussière et une pédale de mise en marche. La visibilité dans les cabines Fox est excellente grâce à l'éclairage tubes fluorescents et à la fenêtre de visualisation large équipée de des feuillets de protection interchangeables. Des équipements complémentaires de manutention peuvent être ajoutés comme des tables tournantes. Tout comme la gamma Jetair, les machines Fox peuvent rapidement être transformées en machines pression, grâce au « mini pot sous pression » (voir informations sur gamma Jetair).

De FOX 25 ZIJN geavanceerde straalkasten met geïntegreerde stofafzuiging en voetpedaal. Fox straalkasten verschaffen een goed zicht d.m.v. TL-verlichting en een venster over de volle breedte. Het venster wordt beschermd met verwisselbare acetaat cellulose. De straalruimte kan worden uitgerust met een draaitafel en net zoals de JETAIR serie kunnen de Fox 25 gemakkelijk worden omgebouwd tot drukstraalkasten door plaatsing van een mini straalketel.

I modelli FOX 25 hanno un disegno avveniristico e sono dotati di numerosi accessori come un sistema filtrante integrato e un dispositivo a pedale per il controllo della sabbiatura. Tutte le cabine di sabbiatura della linea FOX hanno un eccellente visibilità interna essendo dotate di illuminazione al neon ed ampia finestra protetta dall'abrasione da un foglio sostituibile di acetato. IS THE CABINET SUPPLIED AS A COMPLETE UNIT, WHAT ELSE DO I REQUIRE TO RUN IT?

Vixen’s Fox 25 and 50 machines are supplied as a complete unit with integral 3 pocket filter bag extractor.

You would need to source a suitable air compressor to run the machine.

WHAT SIZE COMPRESSOR DO I NEED?

This depends on the type of blast system being supplied, i.e. is it suction or pressure feed. Once we know this the air consumption will depend on the size of the air jet/nozzle and also what pressure you are blasting at

WHAT IS THE MOST SUITABLE BLAST MEDIA FOR MY APPLICATION?

Vixen have a fully trained aftersales department who can advise on the most suitable media for your application. We supply a wide range of media and have free sample cases which we can send to you so that you can see for yourself the different grades of media available to suit your application.

CAN THE FOX MACHINE BE SUPPLIED AS A PRESSURE TYPE SYSTEM?

Yes a mini pressure pot can be added to the Fox 25 and 50 cabinets. The advantage of pressure blasting is that it can increase speed by up to 4 times that of a standard suction system.

WHERE CAN I GET SPARE PARTS FOR THE CABINET?

Vixen can supply all the spare parts for their machines direct to the customer. Once you have purchased a machine from Vixen you will be assigned an internal aftersales contact who is available to give you advice on spares and consumables.

We also offer service contracts on all our machines ranging from twice yearly to monthly visits.
