Jetair is the top of the range of Vixen's industrial handblasting cabinets. The halogen lighting and high performance dust collection system fitted to these models ensures maximum internal visibility, which is important for first class results. These cabinets are designed to provide quick, clean and efficient results across a wide range of blast cleaning applications. The range includes many size options in addition to flexible machine specifications including cartridge filters, media cyclone reclamators and turntable options. All Vixen machines can be easily converted to pressure using our minipot, increasing performance of suction blasting by up to 4 times. This unit simply slides onto the base of the machine hopper and takes only a few minutes to fit. Being only a small capacity unit the benefits of the minipot are that it can operate quite effectively with low compressed air volumes.

Jetair est une cabine à manches manuelle haut de gamme. L'éclairage halogène et le dépoussiéreur cartouches haute performance connectés à ce modèle assurent une visibilité interne maximum, ce qui est important pour des résultats de premier ordre. Toutes les machines succion Vixen peuvent être transformées rapidement en machines pression grâce au « mini pot sous pression », ce qui augmente la performance de la cabine succion de 4 fois. Ce réservoir se glisse tout simplement sous la base de la trémie de la machine, et ceci en quelques minutes seulement. La petite capacité du réservoir pression permet de limiter la consommation d'air de la machine.

JETAIR representa la gama alta dentro de las cabinas de mangas industriales de VIXEN. La iluminación halógena y el sistema de recogida de polvo de altas prestaciones instalado en estos modelos aseguran una máxima visibilidad interna, lo que es indispensable para conseguir óptimos resultados. Estas cabinas están diseñadas para proporcionar rápidos, limpios y eficientes resultados a través de una amplia gama de diferentes especificaciones, que incluyen filtros de cartuchos, ciclones y opciones de mesa giratoria. Todas las máquinas VIXEN se convierten fácilmente en sistema a sobre - presión empleando nuestro calderín, incrementando el rendimiento del sistema de aspiración (Venturi) hasta cuatro veces. De serie JETAIR straalkasten van VIXEN zijn geschikt voor talloze industriële toepassingen. Halogeen verlichting en een zeer efficiënte afzuiging waarborgen maximaal zicht tijdens de werkzaamheden, hetgeen belangrijk is voor het beste resultaat. De straalkasten zijn ontworpen voor een snel en grondig resultaat van alle voorkomende straal- en reinigingswerkzaamheden. De straalkasten kunnen worden voorzien van diverse opties zoals: patronenfilter, draaitafel en straalmiddel regeneratie systeem. Alle injectie straalkasten kunnen eenvoudig worden omgebouwd tot drukstraalkast, met een 4 tot 5 maal hogere produktie, door het plaatsen van een mini straalketel. Deze straalketel wordt simpelweg over de flens van de trechter onder de straalkast geschoven. Door de keuze van straalpijp en werkdruk kan deze oplossing ook gebruikt worden met een geringe persluchtcapaciteit.

Die Produktreihe bietet zahlreiche Größenoptionen sowie flexible Maschinenspezifikationen wie z. B. Patronenfilter, durch Zyklon bewirkte Wiedergewinnung des Mediums und Drehtischoptionen. Alle Vixen Maschinen können mit Hilfe unseres Minibehälters einfach auf Druckstrahlverfahren umgerüstet werden, wodurch die Leistung im Vergleich zum Saugstrahlen bis auf das Vierfache erhöht wird. Diese Einheit wird einfach durch Aufschieben auf den Sockel des Maschinentrichters angebracht, was nur ein paar Minuten dauert. Da diese Ausrüstung nur eine geringe Kapazität hat, bietet der Minibehälter den Vorteil, dass sie schon mit einem niedrigen Druckluftvolumen sehr wirksam betrieben werden kann.

Jetair-skåpen är framtagna efter en lång utveckling av manuella blästerskåp för industriellt bruk. Halogenbelysningen inne i skåpet och det effektiva filtersystemet på dessa modeller garanterar maximal sikt inne i blästerskåpet, vilket är förutsättningen för att man skall erhålla förstklassiga resultat på blästerarbetet. Blästerskåpet, som arbetar enligt injektorprincipen, är utformat för att ge ett snabbt och effektivt blästerresultat inom en mängd olika områden. Serien omfattar flera olika storlekar och tillbehör samt också flexibla filterlösningar med BI a patronfilter, cyklonavskiljare samt även utföranden med vridbord. Alla VIXEN-skåp kan enkelt förses med tryckblästertillsatser, som ökar blästereffekten jämfört med injektorblästring med upp till 4 ggr. Denna enhet monteras enkelt under blästerskåpet och tar bara några minuter att passa in. Trots den ringa storleken kan denna kompakta enhet arbeta mycket effektivt med låga tryckluftsmängder.

L'illuminazione alogena e l'elevata qualità del sistema filtrante inseriti in questi modelli assicurano la massima visibilità interna che risulta determinante al fine di ottenere i migliori risultati di sabbiatura. Queste cabine sono state disegnate per ottenere risultati di efficienza, pulizia e velocità in molteplici applicazioni. L'intera linea copre differenti dimensioni di cabina, differenti specifiche tecniche e differenti opzioni come ad esempio un sistema filtrante a cartucce, un recupero a ciclone o una tavola rotante portapezzi. Tuttle le cabine di sabbiatura VIXEN possono facilmente essere convertite in sistema a pressione inserendo un miniserbatoio che garantisce una capacità di sabbiatura quattro volte superiore. IS THE CABINET SUPPLIED AS A COMPLETE UNIT, WHAT ELSE DO I REQUIRE TO RUN IT?

Vixen’s Jetair machines are supplied as a complete unit with mostly integral dust extraction.

You would need to source a suitable air compressor to run the machine.

WHAT SIZE COMPRESSOR DO I NEED?

This depends on the type of blast system being supplied, i.e. is it suction or pressure feed. Once we know this the air consumption will depend on the size of the air jet/nozzle and also what pressure you are blasting at

WHAT SORT OF EXTRACTION IS SUPPLIED AS STANDARD/DO I NEED?

The Jetair tumbler blast cabinets are fitted as standard with integral dust extraction. Depending on whether the machine is a suction or pressure system and what media is being used we may recommend you upgrade to a separate extraction unit, perhaps with a media cyclone reclamator.
