An automatic airless range of machines designed to operate from a single phase electricity supply and extremely compact for today's growing market. The 4 impellor blades revolving at 2800rpm direct the media upwards at a high velocity through the heavy duty barrel, cleaning components tumbling inside. Dust an debris are removed and collected throughout the blast cycle. 16 air changes per minute ensure clean, dust free components after cleaning. The machines are free standing requiring no special foundations and can be single or three phase electricity supply. They are ideally suited to steel shot applications of rust, scale and paint removal, and automotive components reconditioning of brake shoes and turbo chargers. The 220 model is fitted with a thermal cut out device and single or 3 phase electricity supply can be included.

Vixen can supply all the spare parts for their machines direct to the customer. Once you have purchased a machine from Vixen you will be assigned an internal aftersales contact who is available to give you advice on spares and consumables.

We also offer service contracts on all our machines ranging from twice yearly to monthly visits.

WHAT EXTRACTION IS SUPPLIED WITH THE MACHINE?

The Jetblast 220 model comes complete with an integral extraction unit, the larger 280 model is supplied as standard with a separate dust extractor.
