Jetwash Top Loading - Aqueous Washing Machine
The Jetwash is a fully stainless steel, inside and out, hot wash spray machine using water and environmentally friendly detergent. The machine is a double skin construction with an 18mm injected cavity insulation giving maximum insulation to the hot water and extremely strong build rigidity. Designed to automatically wash/degrease a wide variation of components. Load the basket, close the lid, press start. The cycle is adjustable and resets automatically each time the lid is opened. The wash basket remains stationary while the spray boom revolves around it. This means that the delicate components will not get damaged by movement. Over 150 litres of water are sprayed every minute. This water returns to the tank and is filtered to remove debris in the debris filter basket. The components are cleaned and flash dryed in seconds.

La machine Jetwash est une machine de lavage par pulvérisation d'eau chaude et de détergent biodégradable. Elle est conçue pour laver/dégraisser un grand nombre de pièces de formes multiples. Charger le panier, fermer le capot, appuyer sur « démarrage ». Le cycle est réglable et repart à zéro à chaque ouverture du capot. Le panier de lavage est fixe, mais la lance d'eau rotative tourne autour de lui. C'est pourquoi les pièces fragiles ne peuvent être abîmées dans ce type de machine. Plus de 150 litres d'eau sont vaporisés à la minute. Cette eau retourne dans le réservoir et est épurée dans le panier de filtration à deux étages. Les pièces sont nettoyées et sèchent très rapidement.

De Jetwash is een automatische wasmachine gebruikmakend van heet water an een milieu vriendelijke ontvettingsmiddel dat op de werkstukken wordt gespoten. Ontworpen voor het automatisch wassen, reinigen en ontvetten van een grote variëteit van werkstukken. Laadt de werkstukken in de mand, sluit het deksel en druk op de startknop. De cyclus is instelbaar en wordt automatisch gereset iedere keer dat de deksel wordt geopend. De mand is stationair en de spuit arm draait om de mand. Dit betekend dat delicate en fragiele werkstukken niet beschadigd kunnen worden door de beweging van de mand. Er wordt meer dan 150 liter water per minuut verspoten. Dit water komt terug in de tank en wordt over een 2 traps filter gereinigd voor hergebruik. De werkstukken zijn na het openen van het deksel binnen enkele seconden zo goed als droog.

El modelo JETWASH es una máquina de lavado caliente por irrigación, pulverización de agua que emplea detergentes que no dañan el medio ambiente. Diseñadas para lavar/desengrasar una gran variedad de componentes. Se carga el cestón, cierra la tapa y se pulsa start. El ciclo de lavado se ajusta y resetea automáticamente cada vez que se abre la tapa. El cestón de lavado permanece fijo mientras que el brazo con los pulverizadores gira a su alrededor, lo que significa que los componentes delicados no se dañan por el movimiento del cestón. Aproximadamente 150 litros de agua son pulverizados cada minuto, esta agua vuelve al tanque y se filtra para separar la suciedad desprendida de las piezas en el filtro de doble paso que se encuentra en el fondo de la unidad. Las piezas se limpian y secan en segundos.

Die Jetwash ist eine Spritzkammerwaschanlage, in der Wasser und ein umweltfreundliches Waschmittel verwendet werden. Die Baureihe ist zum automatischen Waschen bzw. Entfetten vieler verschiedener Bauteile konstruiert. Füllen Sie den Korb, schließen Sie den Deckel und drücken Sie Start. Der Zyklus ist verstellbar und wird jedesmal, wenn der Deckel geöffnet wird, zurückgesetzt. Der Waschkorb bleibt feststehend, während der Spruharm um ihn herum rotiert. Das bedeutet, dass empfindliche Bauteile nicht durch ihre Bewegung beschädigt werden. Pro Minute werden 150 Liter Wasser umgewälzt. Dieses Wasser läuft wieder zum Tank zurück und wird filtriert um größere Partikel im standardmäßigen 2-Stufen-Filterkorb zu entfernen. Die Bauteile werden gereinigt und schon in wenigen Sekunden getrocket.

Jetwash är en hetvattentvättmaskin som använder vatten och miljövänligt tvättmedel. Avsedd för automatisk tvättning/avfettning av en mängd olika komponenter. "Napelnij kosz, zamknij wieko, naciœnij start". Cykl jest regulowany i zeruje siê automatycznie, przy ka¿dym otwarciu pokrywy. Kosz myj¹cy pozostaje nieruchomy, podczas gdy ramie natryskowe obraca siê wokól niego. Oznacza to, ¿e delikatne przedmioty nie są uszkadzane podczas ruchu. JETWASH è una macchina di lavaggio a spruzzo a caldo che utilizza acqua e detergente ecologico delicato, progettata per lavare e sgrassare un ampia varietà di particolari. Carica il cestello, chiudi il portello e premi avvio. Il ciclo è regolabile e si riazzera automaticamente ogni volta che il portello è aperto. Il cestello di lavaggio rimane fermo mentre il dispositivo di spruzzo ruota intorno ad esso, ciò permette ai particolari delicati di essere trattati senza il rischio di danni dovuti al movimento. DOES THE MACHINE HAVE A STATIC OR ROTATING BASKET
The basket of the Jetwash remains stationary whilst the spray boom revolves around it. This prevents delicate components from being damaged by movement inside the basket.
DOES THE JETWASH MACHINE DRY THE PARTS?
The machine is not fitted with a drying facility but due to the temperature of the water, components will flash dry at the end of the wash cycle.
THE COMPONENTS I AM CLEANING ARE VERY OILY, IS THERE WAYS OF REMOVING THE OIL TO EXTEND THE LIFE OF SOLUTION IN THE TANK?
There are various oil water separation options available including oil disk skimmers and oil water separators.
