The Jetwash Carousel has been designed to allow large components to be loaded easily. When opened, more than 50% of the basket is accessible for easy loading by overhead crane or by forklift. Carousel machines have a driven basket which can also be nudged round for loading purposes using the nudge control.

De Jetwash Carousel is ontworpen om grote en zware werkstukken makkelijk te kunnen laden. WHAT SIZE BASKETS ARE AVAILABLE?

Our standard range of machines incorporate basket sizes from 1 metre up to 2.5metres.

I NEED THE MACHINE TO WASH AND RINSE THE PARTS IS THIS POSSIBLE?

The standard Carousel machine is a single stage wash only however a rinse stage is one of the many optional extras available.

HOW ARE THE PARTS LOADED?

The Carousel machine has been designed to allow the easy loading of large components. When the door is opened more than 50% of the basket area is accessible allowing components to be loaded either by overhead crane or by forklift from the front of the machine. The machine also has a driven basket which can be nudged round to obtain access to the total loading area available.

WHAT DETERGENTS CAN I USE WITHIN THE MACHINE FOR MY APPLICATION?

Vixen have a fully trained aftersales department who can advise on the most suitable detergent for your application. We supply a wide range of aqueous based detergents and also all the spare parts which you may require for the machine during its lifetime.

THE COMPONENTS I AM CLEANING ARE VERY OILY, IS THERE WAYS OF REMOVING THE OIL TO EXTEND THE LIFE OF SOLUTION IN THE TANK?

There are various oil water separation options available including oil disk skimmers and oil water separators.  

Our sales team will be able to advise on the best option for your application.

WHERE CAN I GET SPARE PARTS FOR THE MACHINE?

Vixen can supply all the spare parts for their machines direct to the customer. Once you have purchased a machine from Vixen you will be assigned an internal aftersales contact who is available to give you advice on spares and consumables.

We also offer service contracts on all our machines ranging from twice yearly to monthly visits.
