The machines use a hot water and environmentally friendly detergent which is sprayed with a fixed spray boom above, to the side and below the rotating mesh basket, and give components a thorough wash. After closing the lid turn the timer to the desired wash duration and the machine automatically starts. During the wash cycle the basket rotates. The components are cleaned quickly and due to the temperature of the detergent they flash dry in seconds at the end of the cycle. The Miniwash has been designed to operate in machining cells allowing operators to batch wash their components without leaving their cell. At the initial design stage, the main considerations were that the machine was to be 100% stainless steel, extremely compact, and simple to operate and maintain. The machine is also durable and retains its appearance with a simple wipe. The Miniwash series is available with an optional trolley for easy movement around the workshop.

La machine utilise de l'eau chaude et un détergent biodégradable, qui est vaporisé au travers d'une perche sur le dessus, en dessous et sur le côté du panier à mailles tournant, ce qui procure aux pièces un lavage minutieux. Après avoir fermé le capot, tourner la minuterie jusqu'au réglage désiré et la machine démarre automatiquement. Pendant le cycle de lavage, le panier tourne. Les pièces sont lavées rapidement, et grâce à la température élevée du détergent, elles sèchent en quelques secondes à la fin du cycle. La Miniwash a été spécialement conçue pour être intégrée aux lignes de fabrication, donc l'opérateur peut laver des pièces en grande quantité, sans quitter son poste de travail. Au lancement de la machine, les spécifications étaient qu'elle devait être intégralement en inox, très compacte, et facile à entretenir. La machine est fiable, et garde son bel aspect avec un simple essuyage. Sur demande, la machine Miniwash peut être livrée avec un chariot à roulettes.

Deze machine gebruikt een oplossing van heet water en een milieu vriendelijk ontvettingsmiddel dat naar een vaste spuitarm die boven, zijdelings en onder een roterende mand waarin de werkstukken zich bevinden, wordt gepompt. Als de werkstukken in de mand zijn geplaatst wordt het deksel gesloten en de tijdklok ingesteld waarna de machine automatisch start. Tijdens de wascyclus draait de mand met werkstukken rond en is in direct contact met de reinigingsoplossing. De onderdelen worden op deze manier snel en grondig gereinigd en door de temperatuur van de reinigingsoplossing zijn de werkstukken aan het eind van de cyclus zo goed als droog. De Miniwash is ontworpen voor het gebruik in bewerkingscentra waar werkstukken direct na fabricage ontvet en gereinigd kunnen worden. Bij het ontwerp is uitgegaan van een 100% roestvrijstalen constructie, compact design en eenvoudige bediening en onderhoud. Optioneel kan de Miniwash op een trolley gelaverd worden voor gemakkelijk transport in de werkplaats.

La máquina emplea agua caliente y detergentes inocuos, que no dañan el medio ambiente, el agua es lanzada a través de aspersores fijos en el tambor de lavado, tanto por encima como por debajo del cestón giratorio, proporcionando a los componentes un esmerado lavado. DOES THE MACHINE HAVE A STATIC OR ROTATING BASKET

The Miniwash has a mesh basket which rotates during the wash cycle. A fixed spray boom above, to the side and below the rotating basket sprays hot water and detergent at the parts giving components a thorough wash.

DOES THE MINIWASH MACHINE DRY THE PARTS?

The machine is not fitted with a drying facility but due to the temperature of the water, components will flash dry at the end of the wash cycle.

WHAT DETERGENTS CAN I USE WITHIN THE MACHINE FOR MY APPLICATION?

Vixen have a fully trained aftersales department who can advise on the most suitable detergent for your application. We supply a wide range of aqueous based detergents and also all the spare parts which you may require for the machine during its lifetime.

WHAT ARE THE ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MINIWASH

The machine runs from a 13amp single phase supply

The machine can be supplied with trolley wheels for easy movement in a workshop. Also we can offer various options for the basket, for example a lid can be fitted if the parts you are cleaning are very lightweight.
