Phoswash
The Phoswash machine has been introduced to compliment Vixen's existing range of phosphating machines. This machine is the ideal solution when space is an issue due to it having a small footprint.
The machine is available as a 2 stage or 3 stage phosphate process and is fitted with an electric warm air dryer, the purpose of which is to maintain the temperature inside the wash chamber and to assist with flash drying.
The Phoswash machine is ideally suited to metal fabrications which need pre-treatment prior to coating and is also commonly used for phosphating lengths of extruded bar.
The machine is supplied with 2 rails inside which hold a standard perforated floor for placing components on. This floor can be simply lifted off the rails and an optional docking bogey can be used.

Testimonials
Ian Wood - J and CR Wood, HullSeveral factors led us to purchasing the Phoswash machine from Vixen. The machine has a very compact design, was competitively priced with low operating costs and negligible environmental issues and also uses a phosphate solution which gives better results when powder coating. The quality of the finish to our components is now much better than with the open vapour system and has reduced our preparation time by more than 50%. We found the degree of assistance from the Vixen team to be of a very high standard and the Phoswash machine seems to fulfil all the promises made.
