Vixen understands the importance of creating relationships to ensure complete satisfaction, which is reflected through its existing customers. Once equipment has been purchased, the account will be allocated to a specific member of the aftersales team who will be available to discuss any technical queries, spares or maintenance requirements at any time.


As customers’ purchases are specific and unique, Vixen logs the important information onto its database where the aftersales team can advise customers on the correct detergent, media and spare parts that their machine requires.

Vixen also has a fleet of service engineers covering the whole of the UK who are available to regularly maintain your machines as well as initially commission them. A range of care plan service schemes which provide savings on regular services, spare parts and consumables are also available.
