The Aqua Wheelblaster washes, cleans, degreases and etches wheels ready for the next stage in the wheel repair service.
This wet blasting process of water mixed with abrasive can clean and prepare a wheel in as little as three minutes! Which means Jet-Repair can process up to 30 wheels a day – unlike manual cleaning or acid stripping.
This machine also uses a dust-free process which is vital for a bodyshop like Jet-Repair where the team can still carry out paintwork as the machine is in use – which is a great advantage compared to dry blasting options.
