Vixen is still operating as normal, in compliance with UK Government guidelines.
Metal Polishing based in Aberdeen, Scotland purchased the Aquablast 1215 to expand their metal polishing business.
The owner Paul Bursill is an antique dealer by trade, specialising in antique lighting and metal-ware, which he has done for many years. Paul recently decided to branch out, beginning to deal with a lot of classic car parts, vintage bicycle parts and more.
After looking at what was available to quickly clean these parts, that’s when he decided to invest in the Aquablast machine from Vixen to improve the finish as well as production times. It’s fair to say he has not been disappointed!
The Aquablast 1215 processes components quick and easy, and enables Metal Polishing Aberdeen to produce a professional finish in a much shorter timeframe.
Paul is delighted with the results and says the quality of each processed part is second to none. The feedback he has received from customers is that they are extremely pleased and love the quality. Paul has demonstrated the machine in action to some of his customers and their reaction is always the same!
Vixen’s wet blasting technology combines water with a variety of abrasive media, depending on the required finish to create a consistent smooth, sleek effect.
The Aquablast machine is ideal for restoration and cosmetic work. When surface preparation and cleanliness is paramount, Vixen’s Aquablast machine won’t let you down!
We wish Paul and Metal Polishing Aberdeen all the very best for the future!
