Agiwash machines are particularly effective for cleaning tubular or hollow components which are required to be flushed through with detergent.

Agiwash degreasing machines are fitted with a pneumatic ram connected to the wash basket carrier. A lever control raises the wash basket to the loading position, with the basket filled and then lowered into the detergent.

During the wash cycle, the basket is raised and lowered by the pneumatic ram at an approximate rate of 60 strokes per minute, causing a flushing action to occur. The cycle duration for washing and degreasing is adjustable, and automatically resets each time the start button is pressed. The components are cleaned quickly and usually flash dry easily. Drying compartments are available from Vixen Surface Treatments if required.
