The Phoswash Machine has been introduced to complement the existing range of phosphating machines manufactured by Vixen.

Vixen Surface Treatments have designed the Phoswash with a rectangular configuration for minimal footprint, which is ideal when space is an issue. This is a great option for customers who would normally have a circular machine with a larger footprint.

All Vixen’s phosphating machines are fitted with an electric warm air dry assist, the purpose of which is to maintain the temperature inside the wash chamber and to assist with flash drying. Phoswash machines are ideally suited to metal fabrications which need pre-treatment prior to coating.

The machine is supplied with two rails inside to hold a standard perforated floor for placing components on. This floor can be simply lifted off the rails and an optional docking bogey can be used.
