Aidan Mallon
Managing Director
Aidan Mallon is the managing director here at Vixen Surface Treatments. Aidan formed the company in 1990 after a successful career in sales. As well as being responsible for the general running of the company, Aidan is involved in special projects and export sales, plus he has responsibility for production targets and financial functions. With Aidan’s guidance, Vixen has progressed to a successful manufacturing company with machines installed worldwide.

Exports Manager and PA
Debbie joined Vixen 19 years ago after completing her BA Honors degree in European Studies and French. Debbie manages all export sales as well as being PA to the managing director. She is multilingual in French, German and Spanish.

Accounts Manager
Gill has worked with Vixen for 29 years and manages the accounts department. Gill looks after all aspects of finance such as payments, bank transfers, visa payments, payroll and general accounts activities.

Richard Ingram
Design Engineer
Richard, having studied a National Diploma in 3D Design, designs all of Vixen's standard and bespoke machines. Richard joined Vixen 13 years ago after completing a Law degree. He has qualifications in 2D & 3D Design and experience in Solid Works design programs. Richard also designs profiling programs for each machine, which are then cut out on our laser.

Purchasing Manager
David has been Vixen’s Purchasing Manager for nearly 9 years now. David outsources the best materials and parts for the company from the UK and globally.

Aftersales Manager
Andy has been the Aftersales Manager at Vixen for over 2 years. His job role includes leading a team of account handlers and field engineers in supporting customers from around the world, from commissioning onwards. This includes servicing, tech support and advice with all consumables and spare parts.

Industrial Sales Engineer
Steve has been a dedicated Sales Engineer here at Vixen for 10 years. He visits customers to discuss their requirements and then finalises a solution to meet their desires. He also specialises in bespoke machinery. Steve has a wide range of interests that pair with his work including pre-treatment, aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, motorsport, smart wheel repairs and cycling.

Industrial Sales Engineer
Rob has been a dedicated Sales Engineer here at Vixen for 4 years now. Rob holds extensive knowledge about our popular wet blasting machines. His role includes contacting and meeting customers in person, whether it be office based or on-site, and discusses their current process and needs for possible new equipment. He then assists the customers throughout the process until their problem is solved by guiding and advising them on what system would suit best. Alongside work, Rob has a huge love of cars, old and new.

Industrial Sales Engineer
Terry has been a dedicated Sales Engineer for Vixen for 4 years now. Terry liaises with potential and existing customers throughout the UK and Northern Ireland. His knowledge is extensive with our popular Vertical Wheel Lathe machine and he ensures that customers are equipped with the two days of inclusive training. He also has a wide range of knowledge on how to service and repair our machines. Terry has high interests of the automotive industry inside and outside of work with his love of motorbikes, racing, servicing and travelling around the UK in his campervan.

German Internal Sales
Mark joined Vixen in April 2020 to support the Sales and Marketing teams with German-speaking customers, having previously worked in the steel and shipping industries. Outside of work, Mark is a level 2 athletics official and chairman of his local athletics club.

Kerrie-Leigh Pollock
Sales Administrator
Kerrie-Leigh has been Vixen’s Sales Administrator for four years now. Her job includes the roles of liaising with our dedicated sales engineers to produce quotes for orders and keeping strong customer relations. Alongside this, Kerrie-Leigh also handles global enquiries, order acknowledgements and making sure that customers receive the best possible service.
